Your Role
As our
Accounts Receivable Coordinator
, you'll play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant AR operations. You'll work closely with internal teams to manage customer payments, support B2B invoicing, and maintain account accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Process and apply customer payments in
NetSuite
, including credit memos, returns, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy based on remittance and portal data
Maintain up-to-date
customer account reconciliations
and resolve discrepancies
Monitor
AR Aging
and escalate overdue or high-risk accounts as needed
Ensure all transactions are recorded in the appropriate accounting period and comply with internal controls
Support
B2B processes
, including invoicing, deduction tracking, claims resolution, and general reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate customer account information
Participate in
month-end, year-end, and audit-related activities
Assist with
ad hoc projects
and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar accounting role
Experience with
NetSuite
or comparable ERP systems (preferred)
Strong
Microsoft Excel
skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
Solid understanding of
reconciliation and financial reporting
Excellent
organizational skills
, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Bilingual - Fluency in French and English
(written and spoken) is required
