Do you have experience in account receivables? Are you looking for a hybrid position in Saint-Laurent? Our client, specialized in the food industry, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their team.

Main Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally in a high-volume setting
- Strong understanding of AR cycles, billing, and account reconciliation
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Fluent in French
- NetSuite experience is a plus
Other Language Requirement: English
- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
- Reasons for Language Requirement: To communicate and support operations in other regions outside of Quebec
- Frequency of Use: Daily (for various tasks)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices
- Process incoming payments (wires, cheques) and update records
- Perform account reconciliations and review AR aging reports
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and communicate with customers
- Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies
- Support internal teams on client account matters
- Assist with automation initiatives and process improvements
- Help with finance-related tasks as needed
