We have an opening for an Accounts Receivable Clerk-come grow with us!

Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Clerk reports to the Controller and performs the accounts Receivable functions and demonstrates a focus on the Customer while maintaining a safe, respectful, and productive workplace.

Responsibilities

Daily the Accounts Receivable Coordinator will:

Process customer payments and record transactions in the accounting system. Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts. Communicate with customers regarding billing issues, payment delays, or discrepancies. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve disputed transactions. Maintain detailed and organized AR records and documentation. Assist with monthly and year-end closing processes. Prepare AR reports and present collection statuses to management. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve account issues.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of AR or general accounting experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Microsoft D365). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.

Working Conditions

This position works in a standard office environment, it is a full time in office 8am to 4.30pm position and requires concentration on the task at hand for most of the day to minimize errors.
