The objective of this position is to ensure full control of the accounts receivable cycle, starting with invoicing and ending with collections. This role may also include various accounting tasks, specifically related to accounts receivable.
Responsibilities:
Full cycle Accounts receivable tasks
Accounts receivable data entry and invoicing
Accounts receivable collection follow up
Aging reconciliation reports
In office cheques deposits.
Account reconciliations
Different weekly account receivable report
Supporting with Audit requests.
Administrative support on special on-demand projects
Month-end related tasks.
Other related tasks
Skills:
Cegep diploma - preferably in accounting
Detail-orientated, advanced in Microsoft Excel
Ability to efficiently organised their time and tasks
Ability to respect the firm deadlines related to the accounting department.
Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills (English and French)
Ability to deal effectively with customers (Excellent customers service skills)
Ability to learn new software systems and manipulate data for insights
Positive outlook with the ability to adjust quickly to change and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of SAP (S4 Hana) accounting software is considered an asset
