Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent accounts receivable clerk. You\xe2\x80\x99ll perform a variety of accounts receivable duties as well as answering internal and external inquiries relating to employer accounts and miscellaneous receivables. Where you\xe2\x80\x99ll work

At this time, this is a hybrid position where you will work primarily at our Richmond office \xe2\x80\x93 at least 3 to 4 days/week.

What you\'ll do

• Accurately process and reconcile payments
• Manage non-assessment receivables
• Perform daily, detailed reconciliation of accounts
• Update, record, and maintain various computer filing systems
• Track all assessment and non-assessment revenue payments
• Maintain complex spreadsheets to compile and summarize financial data
• Compose memos and correspondence to internal and external stakeholders
• Balance, record, and maintain daily petty cash
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding payments and payment procedures

Your background and experience

• Completion of grade 12
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel
