Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our dynamic team at SerCo Realty Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our commitment to excellence and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable functions including invoicing and payment tracking. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records. Analyze accounts to ensure timely collections and resolve discrepancies. Utilize accounting software, including Yardi, for efficient financial management. Collaborate with team members to streamline billing processes and improve cash flow. Prepare reports on account status and outstanding payments for management review.

Requirements

Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles. Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with accounting software; experience with Yardi is preferred. Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy. Ability to analyze accounts and negotiate payment terms when necessary. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: $40,402.28-$77,888.99 per year
