We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our accounting team at our head office in Halifax, NS.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:



Processing rental and other payments; Set up and maintenance of pre-authorized payments; Tenant reconciliations; Preparation of working papers; Reconciliation of accounts; Other tasks as required.

Qualifications:



2+ years of similar experience would be considered an asset; Attention to detail; Knowledge of accounting systems and procedures; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete multiple projects in a timely manner; Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work with all employees within and across departments.
