Accounts Receivable Assistant
to join our team on a part-time basis.
This role supports our accounting and operations teams by ensuring customer invoices are accurate, payments are processed efficiently, and accounts remain up to date. Key Responsibilities
Finalize pricing of completed deliveries
Prepare and send accurate invoices to customers.
Record incoming payments, deposits, and account adjustments in the accounting system.
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up with customers regarding overdue balances.
Communicate professionally with clients to resolve billing questions or discrepancies.
Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to verify completed deliveries before invoicing.
Assist with month-end reconciliation and reporting.
Maintain organized digital and paper records of customer accounts.
Provide customer service including entering new orders in to our dispatch system and responding to quote requests.
Support management with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
