Position: Collection Specialist and Receivables Major accounts
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
3 days work from home, 2 days in office
Salary : 50-65K

37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Manage the collection process for a given portfolio
- Perform weekly analysis of payment arrangements and investigation of all outstanding invoices and deductions ;
- Resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner;
- Ensure compliance with credit limits and management of outstanding orders;
- Reconcile accounts and prepare shift requests, write-offs and credit memos;
- Prepare all documentation related to deductions;

Qualifications
- College or technical degree in accounting or equivalent ;
- 1 years of experience in a credit/commercial collections (B2B) environment;
- Bilingualism (French and English) in speaking and writing is essential; must be functional in English and French
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication and customer service skills;
- Strong analytical, organizational and attention to detail;
- Problem solving skills;
- Ability to adapt in a changing environment.
