About :




As part of the accounts payable team within the accounting department, your role as an Accounts Payable Agent will be to ensure the proper management of accounts payable relating to accounting operations as well as those linked to financing contracts.

Responsabilities:



Review invoices related to financing contracts and process disbursements. Integrate financing contracts into the system. Review and process regular accounts payable. Coordinate contract disbursements and manage the department's email inbox. Provide support to the accounting department. Respond to various inquiries from other departments. Identify any improvement opportunities that could benefit the department. Perform any other related tasks associated with this position.

The profile we are looking for:




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written, to effectively serve clients across all provinces. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Attention to detail. Strong priority management. Team-oriented. Resourceful. Good communication skills.

Education and Experience:

Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or college diploma in accounting. Experience in lease financing/debt financing (an asset). Experience with the WorkDay platform (an asset).
