Accounts Payable Duties:
Organize payables
Enter invoices
Process payments prepare cheques or send to Finance officer for online payment
Enter payments
Filing of documentation
General Duties:
Take care of incoming mail
Organization of office documentation and computer files
Accounting Duties:
Special projects as requested by Controller
Monthly Bank reconciliations
We offer a flexible working schedule from 20 to 35 hours and will consider both part time and full time candidates.
