Barrie client is looking for someone for a contract opportunity with strong potential for permanent placement. The opportunity is for experience Accounts Payable clerks seeking a potential long term opportunity. This role is 100% on site at the Barrie Location.Role responsibilities are :
- 3 way matching of invoices
- Coding invoices to the GL
- ensuring necessary approvals obtained
- Support with weekly check runs
- reconcile vendor acccounts
- ,Manage AP inbox- Degree in Accounting or relevant work experience
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related field
- Strong attention to detail
