The Accounts Payable Representative is responsible for effectively overseeing the vendor payment process which primarily includes maintaining successful vendor relationships and managing the efficient and timely processing of invoices for payment according to established payment terms.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in responding to vendor requests and queries.
• Ensure all invoices are appropriately reviewed for compliance requirement.
• Enter invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
• Routing of invoices for approval by approvers and follow-up as required.
• Responsible for vendor reconciliations on regular basis.
• Identify discrepancy and figure out the root cause and solution.
• Ensure cycle of communication between operations, logistics & accounting.
• Opportunities for data analysis and reporting.
• Assist Accounts Payable Manager with any request related to the area.
