Job Description

Responsibilities

• Supervise day to day Accounts Receivable and Cash Application operations

• Strategize optimum and timely collection activities through support, guidance, hands-on training and coverages

• Reconcile GL accounts (Bank/AR/AFDA)

• Oversee direct debit and credit card payments

• Review customer correspondence (e.g. overdue notices, account statements)

• Employee performance reviews and coaching for 10+ direct reports

• Departmental staffing needs (e.g. hiring and onboarding)

• Collaborate & coordinate with various stakeholders

• Monitor shared mailboxes

• Audit assistance

• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years AR management experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent time management skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications

• Experience with NetSuite

• Experience with credits / rebates / deductions

• Team player and works well under pressure
