We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Customer Service to join our finance and customer service team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and customers. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze financial data effectively.
Responsibilities
Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in preparing reports related to accounts payable for management review.
Utilize accounting software such as CyFrame.
Support payroll functions as needed, including data entry and verification using systems like CyFrame.
Analyze financial data to identify trends or issues that may impact accounts payable operations.
Provide support to Customer Service team as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience in accounts payable or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with accounting software is essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
