Everison International Group Inc. was founded in 2001. In 2005, we expanded our operations to North America, with our Toronto office acting as the central hub overseeing global operations. Throughout the years, Everison International Group Inc. has grown from dealing mostly in recycled metal and steel pipes to dealing with many different types of commodities from all over the world.

What You'll Do



Record and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. Draft and enter purchase orders, maintain up-to-date order and invoice records in our accounting system. Coordinate with internal teams (including logistics) to track orders, shipments, and deliveries. Review and verify documentation for completeness and compliance. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for quick retrieval. Handle outgoing payments and send confirmations to internal and external stakeholders. Proactively suggest improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

Who You Are



A multitasker with excellent attention to detail. A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments. Adaptable and eager to learn, you embrace new challenges and a variety of responsibilities. A clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills (you handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries professionally). Ideally, you'll have at least

three years

of experience in accounts payable or a related administrative role.

Pay: $42,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
