Job Description


:We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in maintaining our financial records, including processing invoices, entering data, and assisting with account reconciliation.Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of invoices and expense claims
  • Managing the entry and uploading of invoices into our accounting system
  • Collaborating with the finance team to enhance processes and systems
  • Assisting with account reconciliation and the management of accounts receivable and collections when necessary
  • Providing support in month-end closing by reconciling accounts payable ledgers
  • Verifying the accuracy of invoices, receipts, and approvals
  • Handling consultant/contractor payables
  • Utilizing software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP in daily tasks.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
  • Experience in Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Ability to conduct Check Runs
  • Skilled in Coding Invoices
  • Strong Data Entry skills
  • Familiarity with Invoice Processing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Oracle
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Familiarity with SAP software
