To support this exciting phase of transformation, we're seeking a detail-driven, proactive, and positive Accounts Payable Clerk to join our high-performing Finance team.

In addition to the duties typically expected of an intermediate level AR professional, you will be responsible for:

Accuracy, Pride & Professionalism




Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests with accuracy and care, ensuring every detail is correct and every deadline is met. Take ownership of your work and pride in its quality, knowing your precision directly supports CLV's reputation for integrity and reliability. Help ensure all vendors and partners are paid on time, reinforcing CLV's standing as a trusted organization that delivers on its commitments. Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with vendors, contractors, and partners across Canada. Understand that every payment represents CLV's promise and that reliability and professionalism strengthen long-term partnerships. Support our goal of maintaining and growing relationships with top-tier partners nationwide by upholding accuracy, transparency, and trust in every transaction.

About You





You are meticulous, organized, and take pride in delivering work that reflects the highest standards of professionalism. Qualifications:




2-4 years of experience in accounts payable, finance, or accounting. Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently. Sound understanding of accounting principles and AP processes. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Yardi or similar software an asset). A genuine interest in process improvement and technology, with enthusiasm for learning AI and automation tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred. Bilingualism preferred to support national operations.
