If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and are eager for opportunities to grow, we want to hear from youAccounts Payable Clerk Responsibilities\xe2\x80\xa2 Match, code and enter A/P trade invoices including raw materials, packaging materials, technical services, manufacturing, warehousing, laboratory testing and employee expenses. \xe2\x80\xa2 Match cheque remittances with corresponding invoices.\xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain all A/P files in an orderly and logical manner ensuring accessibility by auditors and other managers.\xe2\x80\xa2 Month end Account reconciliations for Trade AP, AP Other Accruals and Deposit Research and resolve accounts payable issues with vendors and employees.\xe2\x80\xa2 Provide and process credit applications.\xe2\x80\xa2 Provide guidance and schedules as requested during the company\'s annual internal audit.Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications\xe2\x80\xa2 Post secondary education in an accredited Accounting program or equivalent.\xe2\x80\xa2 A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in the areas of A/P.\xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of general accounting functions and principles.\xe2\x80\xa2 A self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment and requires minimal supervision.Employment Details
