:We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity in the Food & Food Processing industry in Langley, British Columbia. The role of an Accounts Payable Clerk is vital to our team. This position involves processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving inquiries. Additionally, the role includes monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer credit records with utmost precision.
• Actively resolve customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions.
• Handle invoice processing tasks with diligence.
• Conduct data entry tasks related to accounts payable.
• Perform coding invoices as part of the job responsibilities.

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes is essential
• Ability to code invoices accurately
• Strong data entry skills are required
• Experience in invoice processing is crucial
• Knowledge of the Food & Food Processing industry is desirable
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
