Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining and processing accounts payable for several of our locations, which include manufacturing sites, a distribution center, and our head office. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:
- Efficiently reconcile account transactions.
- Accurately process accounts payable across multiple locations.
- Enter detailed invoice data into the ERP system.
- Ensure all invoices receive the appropriate approval before payment.
- Maintain organized files for all paid invoices and supporting documentation.
- Review and correct any errors or missing information on entered expense reports.
- Respond promptly and professionally to supplier requests for information.
- Match system invoices to supplier statements and address any discrepancies.
- Apply strong attention to detail and organizational skills to all tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts.
- Proficient in Account Reconciliation
- Extensive experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
- Ability to efficiently code invoices
- Strong data entry skills
- Experience in invoice processing
