We are always looking for amazing people to join the team!

We are seeking a details-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk to join our growing team. The AP Clerk will ensure that vendors are paid on time and costs are coded accurately and in line with SIB Corp. processes. The incumbent will collaborate with various teams to ensure we apply best practices and methodologies in accounting and financial reporting.

Hybrid, Full Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday

Pay:

From $50,000 annually

What You Will Do:

Completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices Processing and posting entries into our accounting system while ensuring business transactions are recorded properly Maintaining historical records of all invoices, reports, receipts, and cheques by saving documents properly on the network Maintaining accounting controls through compliance with legislation and SIB policies and procedures Assisting with the year end audit process

What You Bring:

Minimum two years in Accounts Payable Strong organization and time-management skills Strong attention to detail Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills Self-starter mentality
