What You'll Be Doing

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure completion of Accounts Payable processing including: reviewing and verifying invoices against purchase orders; matching, coding & posting vendor invoices into Accounting system Coordinate with branches or various departments to resolve invoice discrepancies or to obtain approvals where required Reconcile vendor statements and respond to vendor and internal inquiries; follow-up on past-due invoices Meet month-end related deadlines Perform other administrative duties as assigned

What You'll Bring to the Team

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high volume environment Accounting Diploma, Degree or equivalent is an asset Able to work independently and as part of a large team Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills Able to identify and shift priorities as needed; take initiative to get things done Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills Focused on delivering excellent customer service and keen attention to detail
