What We Are Looking For



We are seeking a detail-orientated and organized Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle, ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting month-end close activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, review, and enter vendor invoices and expense reports accurately in the accounting system Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and expense reimbursements Prepare payment runs for review and approval Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain organized and accurate AP files and documentation Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner Assist with month-end close and year-end reporting as required Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements



Highschool diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience Experience working with Open Invoice, Emburse Certify, and QuickBooks is preferred Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy
