Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting various accounting functions. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software. As our group of companies continues to grow, this position will contribute to the overall efficiency of our financial operations.

Responsibilities



Entering and Receiving AP Invoices Credit Card Reconciliation Credit Card Transaction Processing Bank Payments Cheque Runs Filing Assisting the Controller and Accounting Manager as needed with general accounting tasks

Skills



Past accounts payable experience Proficiency in accounting software, including Sage and QuickBooks ideal (primarily Sage) Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills for collaboration with team members Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams) Willingness to learn Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Corman Park, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:

Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
