We are hiring and looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable, and strong administrative skills. Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable: Process invoices, manage payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
Experience with QuickBooks is strongly preferred
Must have experience with QuickBooks
Reconcile accounts and ensure financial data accuracy.
Administrative Support: Assist with office management tasks, data entry, document preparation, and scheduling and order placing.
Marketing Assistance: Support marketing initiatives, including social media updates, content creation, and campaign coordination.
General Office Duties: Provide support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
2-5 years experience in accounts payable
Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail and organization.
Basic marketing experience, including social media or content creation, is an asset.
Bilingual, English & French
Excellent communication and time management skills.
