We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining and strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our Montreal office.

At Priority Worldwide, we provide the tools and resources you need to succeed. In return, we expect you to actively target new business, negotiate contracts, and bring fresh ideas to the table. You'll receive continuous training in air freight, ocean freight, project management logistics, ground transport, warehousing, and customs brokerage.

What You'll Do



Develop Sales Strategies

: Establish and maintain client contacts, define clear sales strategies, and build long-term client relationships.

Client Relationship Management

: Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for growth are maximized.

Contract Negotiation

: Negotiate contracts, prepare quotations and proposals, and close deals.

Collaboration

: Work closely with our operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and identify new opportunities.

Market Research & New Business Development

: Continuously research the market to identify new clients and expand business with existing ones.

What We're Looking For



3+ years of sales experience, B2B Sales: Experience in selling services to businesses, especially those in logistics, import/export, or supply chain. Proven ability to negotiate and close complex deals. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and French (strongly preferred). Applicants must have the legal right to work in Canada. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available for this position.

Vous recevrez une formation continue en fret aerien, fret maritime, logistique de gestion de projets, transport terrestre, entreposage et courtage en douane.

Ce que vous ferez



Developper des strategies de vente

: etablir et maintenir des contacts clients, definir des strategies de vente claires et batir des relations clients a long terme.

Gestion des relations clients

: gerer les relations quotidiennes avec les clients assignes, en veillant a repondre a leurs besoins et a maximiser les opportunites de croissance.

Negociation de contrats

: negocier des contrats, preparer des devis et propositions, et conclure des ententes.

Collaboration

: travailler en etroite collaboration avec nos equipes des operations et du service a la clientele pour assurer une prestation fluide des services et identifier de nouvelles opportunites.

Recherche de marche et developpement de nouvelles affaires

: effectuer une recherche continue du marche afin d'identifier de nouveaux clients et d'elargir les affaires avec les clients existants.

Ce que nous recherchons



3+ annees d'experience en ventes, ventes B2B : experience en vente de services aux entreprises, particulierement dans les domaines de la logistique, de l'import/export ou de la chaine d'approvisionnement. Capacite demontree a negocier et conclure des ententes complexes. Excellentes competences en communication et en presentation en anglais et en francais (fortement preferable).
