Location: Home Working British Columbia Salary: Competitive We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our company. Home working from British Columbia. The successful candidate will have a strong initiative, possess exceptional communication skills, be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Office 365, and either Sage 50, Sage Payroll, Quickbooks or Xero. The position offers a high level of responsibility. Key responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Management and maintenance of systems and staff \xc2\xb7 Proficiently running SAGE and all systems within its capabilities \xc2\xb7 Able to produce reports using both Sage and Excel \xc2\xb7 Management of ISO systems Key skills: \xc2\xb7 Proficient in the use of Sage Line 50, or similar programs such Quickbooks or Xero \xc2\xb7 Able to work unsupervised and manage team members \xc2\xb7 High level of communication skills \xc2\xb7 Previous experience of all of the above We are an equal opportunities employer. 2 references will be required, and all candidates will be required to complete security vetting requirements due to the nature of the role.
