Summary

We are seeking an Accounting Technician to join our team at Creative Therapy Consultants. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely collection of payments, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality care and service.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking. Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software to maintain accurate financial records. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries regarding billing and payments. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely collections and resolve discrepancies. Perform account analysis to identify trends and improve collection efforts. Assist with accounts payable tasks as needed to support overall financial operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar financial roles. Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Ability to analyze accounts and identify areas for improvement.
