We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Technician and Office Administrator to support our growing company. In this full-time, one-site role, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing office administration, and providing customer support. This position requires strong bookkeeping skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and respond to customer calls and emails in English and Korean Schedule customer pickups and coordinate logistics Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Process vendor payments Reconcile credit card accounts Manage WorkSafeBC and employer health tax accounts Provide administrative support and assist management as required

Qualifications

Minimum two years' experience in bookkeeping, accounting, payroll or Proficiency with accounting software - Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Fluent in English. Proficiency in Korean would be an asset
