Are you an accounting professional with strong accounts payable experience who's ready to step in and make an immediate impact?We're seeking an Accounting Technician for a 2-month assignment starting immediately. In this role, your primary focus will be on accounts payable within the company's ERP system (Epicor). You'll work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate, timely processing and support daily operations.
This will be a hybrid position (3 days in the office downtown Calgary, 2 days from home).
What You'll Do

• Process accounts payable transactions in Epicor, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile invoices, payments, and vendor accounts.
• Provide support to team members and collaborate in a friendly, team-oriented environment.
• Assist with ad hoc accounting tasks as needed.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of accounting experience with a strong focus on accounts payable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to quickly learn new systems; experience with Epicor is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
