Egon Zehnder is looking for 2 Accounting technicians for a permanent full-time position.

Tasks and responsibilities
Assist with entering invoices, processing payments, maintaining vendor accounts, and managing the AP process, while identifying best practices and maintaining a strong internal control environment
Manage periodic payment runs, wire transfers, and ACH transactions by running aging reports and preparing vendor checks as necessary
Review Letters of Proposal to ensure accurate setup of assignments in financial systems.
Prepare and submit client invoices (standard and electronic); monitor receivables and follow up to ensure timely payments.
Provide support to consultants and Executive Assistants via email, phone, and Zoom.
Support Finance in monthly revenue forecasts and provide financial breakdowns when needed.
Assist the team with gathering support for all audits, including pulling documentation

Qualifications and specific requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. Experience with Big Four firms and international companies is considered an asset.
Strong understanding of IFRS (International Finance Repost Standards) and international reporting practices is required
College diploma in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or a related field.
Experience using NetSuite and Rydoo software is required.
Previous experience in auditing firms is required.
Fluency in English to support international clients.
Must reside within 100 km of Montreal.
Required to be physically present in the Montreal office at least 50% of the week.
Compensation:
$33.65/hour
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
