Ensure the smooth running of the accounting cycle for construction projects, including :
- Issuing customer invoices and following up on payments in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Registration and approval of supplier/subcontractor invoices, and timely payment.
Act as accounting point of contact within project teams and ensure compliance of projects with internal policies and legal requirements, including:
- Verifying the proper creation of projects in the system and their financial tracking.
- Identify and report financial risks related to contracts (payment terms, invoicing conditions, deficiencies in project documentation, etc.).
- Answer questions from project teams and management on accounts receivable, accounts payable and project accounting, which may include preparing analyses.
Participate in project team training on accounting processes and internal procedures.
