Accounting Supervisor / Senior Team Lead - Full Time

$70,000-$80,000 + Bonus

- Lead AP & AR teams and support daily accounting operations
- Handle journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, FX, and GL work
- Manage accurate, timely month-end close
- Oversee billing, credit approvals, collections, and cash application
- Maintain GL accuracy, support audits, and financial reporting
- Improve processes and strengthen controls
- 5+ years accounting experience (AP, AR, GL, month-end, full-cycle)
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Knowledge of GAAP, reconciliations, and controls
- Comfortable with Sage 300, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar
- CPA or in-progress is a plus
