Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring 2 Accounting Summer Students on a temporary basis starting in May. The term is expected to last for 4 months, ending in August. The opportunities are based at our Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina, SK. These positions are hybrid opportunities located in Regina, Saskatchewan.

What you'll do:

Support the accounts payable group by receiving, organizing, and processing payments. Assist in the collection of documentation for internal and external review. Provide support to a variety of projects by performing careful, accurate data entry. Other duties as required.

You will report into the Operations Accounting Supervisor and will work closely with teams in Accounts Payable, Operations Accounting, Project Accounting, and Financial Accounting. This team strives to cultivate a culture of inclusivity, support, and flexibility.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Administration and:


You are a student currently enrolled in a post-secondary program, with a preference for those majoring in accounting. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to meet and deal with visitors and employees in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. You're honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do. You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.

This is a unionized role that resides with UNIFOR Canada Local 594 offering a wage of $33.67 per hour. As a union member, you would be subject to pay union dues as part of the collective agreement.
