We are seeking for an Accounting Student for our Winnipeg District that is available for 4 months starting in May 2024.
Here\'s how an Accounting Student for our Winnipeg office contributes to our team:
Responsibilities
As an Accounting Student and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:
- Entering invoices into the PCL accounting system.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Inter-company invoicing.
- Courier and phone costing.
- Running and updating reports.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Visa card reconciliations.
- Preparing accounts receivable report.
- Weekly cheque printing.
- Client progress billings.
- Subcontract administration.
What you will bring to the role:
Application of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
