accounting and operations

What You'll Do



Billing & Documentation



Prepare and submit weekly client invoices accurately and on time

Handle client-specific billing requirements (Excel, Access, scanned PDFs)

Execute weekly reconciliations and client billing reviews as required

Organize and maintain supporting documentation (digital and physical)

Financial Entries & Reconciliation



Enter payables and receivables in Sage 50 and maintain accurate records

Reconcile transactions between accounting and dispatch systems

Assist Controller with month-end processes and reporting

Records & Compliance



Track and maintain driver documentation and related compliance items

Keep vendor and onboarding records organized and current

Ensure all compliance-related records are properly stored and accessible

What We're Looking For



1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support

Strong Excel skills (formulas, lookups, data management)

Familiarity with Sage 50 or similar accounting software (or willingness to learn)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication and time management abilities

Proactive mindset with initiative and accountability

Diploma or degree in Business, Accounting, or Administration preferred

Range:

$25-$32/hour (commensurate with experience)
