We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory experience and be proficient in various administrative tasks, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate office activities, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems Oversee human resources functions, including payroll processing and employee training & development Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks and other accounting software Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining supplier relationships Organize filing systems and ensure proper documentation for all office processes Assist with budgeting and financial planning to support office needs Provide clerical support as needed, including data entry and correspondence management Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and team management

Experience



Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is essential Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping is a must . Familiarity with human resources processes, payroll systems, and employee training programs Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work Experience with vendor management and budgeting is a plus Ability to handle clerical duties efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
