Kaigo Senior Living is seeking an

Accounting Manager

to lead our accounting operations at our Vancouver corporate office. This role is ideal for a CPA-designated (or nearly completed) professional who thrives on ensuring accuracy, leading people, and improving processes.

What You'll Do



Lead our accounting team and oversee daily AP, AR, reconciliations, and cash management. Own the month-end close calendar and ensure accuracy and timeliness. Build strong vendor and family relationships by ensuring responsive, professional financial interactions. Coach and develop junior staff while driving efficiency and continuous improvement. Collaborate with leadership on reporting, procurement spend analysis, and audit preparation.

What You Bring



CPA designation (or in progress) with 5+ years' Canadian full cycle accounting experience Min 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience Experience leading teams in a dynamic environment. Proficiency with accounting systems (Sage 300 an asset). Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset. A collaborative approach aligned with Kaigo's culture of care.

Pay: $95,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
