The Accounting Manager will oversee the financial operations of IMT Elemental, playing a key role in financial planning, reporting and analysis, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to support decision-making and drive the financial success of the facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets and forecasts Maintain general ledger, including the reconciliation of accounts and journal entries Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures Oversee inventory costing, job costing, and cost accounting Manage purchasing activities and contracts Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls and accounting policies Supports both internal and external audits when necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

CPA designation (preferred) Knowledge and understanding of GAAP principles Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory control Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of external auditing processes and demonstrated successful responsibility managing this process Adept team builder and motivational leader with the ability to hire, assess and develop employees Proficient with ERP Systems and Excel
