We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee our company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong expertise in various accounting software and a comprehensive understanding of financial management principles to support the organization's growth and stability.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to inform strategic decision-making.
Reconcile accounts and perform account analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other platforms to maintain accurate records.
Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Collaborate with auditors during audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead the development of budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against budgets.
Provide training and support to staff on accounting procedures and software tools.
Experience
Proven experience in accounting management or a similar role with a strong background in accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other relevant platforms.
Experience with account reconciliation, account analysis, budgeting, and payroll management.
Knowledge of industry best practices for accounts payable and receivable processes.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
