strategic and hands-on Accounting Manager
to oversee and elevate financial operations from our Peterborough headquarters.

Your Day-to-Day Impact
Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team, driving daily operations with precision and purpose
Own the full-cycle accounting function including budgeting, cash flow, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end statements
Manage AR/AP, enforce internal controls, and support internal, external, and government audits
Partner with senior leadership to provide insight and analysis that influence strategic direction
Champion data security, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance
Coach and mentor accounting team members to build skills and promote professional growth
What You Bring to the Table
3+ years
in a senior accounting/finance role
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
is required
Eligibility to work in Canada without restrictions
CPA designation
(completed or actively pursuing preferred)
Proven experience with financial reporting, ERP systems (AS400, Oracle, etc.), and compliance audits
Advanced Excel skills; fluent in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong leadership, time management, and analytical skills
A collaborative mindset and commitment to excellence
Must be located within commuting distance to Peterborough, ON
