Job Description

We are currently seeking an Accounting Manager for Skylink Technologies Canada Inc head office located in Mississauga ON. This position will be responsible for overall day-to-day accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial oversight: Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations. Financial reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Budgeting and planning: Coordinate the annual budget process and assist with financial planning. Compliance and audit: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, coordinate external audits, and manage tax filings. Team leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and manage accounting staff. Process improvement: Develop and implement new accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Financial analysis: Provide financial analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making by senior management. Manage HR and Office Administration activities.

Required Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting. Certification: An accounting designation (e.g., CPA) is highly desirable

Required Experience:

Minimum

5 years experience in handling full set of books and tasks (include but not limited to AP & AR, GL, account reconciliation, inventory accounting) Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Strong experience with financial systems and ERP software Proven ACCPAC 5.2 ERP experience. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines
*Remuneration will be based on experience, skills, qualifications and performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
