Position: Accounting Manager (CPA Required)
Location: Ajax, Ontario

- Oversee full-cycle accounting, from journal entries to month-end and year-end close.
- Drive budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Work with ERP systems (flexible!) and bring your technical accounting expertise to the table.
What You Bring:
- CPA designation - required.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills - you develop your team while keeping operations running smoothly.
- Solid knowledge of technical accounting, AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities with ease.
- Highly desired: Exposure to international head office operations, particularly in the USA or other countries, and experience with multi-country financial regulations.
