Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled

Accounting Manager / Controller

to lead our accounting operations and support our strategic growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates should possess strong expertise in accounting software and financial analysis, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements Perform account reconciliations and account analysis to ensure accuracy of financial data Utilize accounting software such as LoneWolf, Buildium, and other platforms to maintain precise records Develop and monitor budgets, providing insights for cost control and financial planning Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development within the team Implement improvements to accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Skills

Proven experience with accounting software including LoneWolf, Buildium, and other relevant platforms Strong knowledge of accounting principles, accounts payable/receivable management, payroll processing, and budgeting Expertise in account reconciliation and account analysis for accurate financial reporting Ability to analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively Strong communication skills for collaboration across departments Ability to adapt to new technologies and continuously improve accounting processes
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
