We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in various accounting software. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The Accounting Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities



Manage all aspects of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and HR. Prepare bi-weekly payroll, prepare and report all government remittances Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Oversee account reconciliation processes to maintain accurate financial records. Conduct account analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Implement and maintain accounting software system QuickBooks Online for efficient financial management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to financial reporting.

Skills



Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online is essential. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, account reconciliation, and account analysis. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Experience in preparing financial reports and year end preparation is a plus. Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
