Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, bookkeeping
Organized and maintained monthly billing, payroll, including creating spreadsheets in excel and data entry for accounts receivable using Sage 50 , Quickbooks
Administrative duties; answering multi line phone system, customer/client service, filing, photocopying, faxing and scanning
Qualifications:
0-2 years of relevant, hands-on accounting experience
Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Vietnamese and English)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently on assigned duties
