Position Summary:
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, this position performs a combination of accounting and administrative duties. Responsibilities include authorizing financial commitments according to established procedures, verifying, analyzing, and recording accounting transactions using automated financial systems, and investigating discrepancies as needed. The role also involves general office tasks such as typing documents, answering telephone calls, receiving visitors, updating information systems, and maintaining organized files.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Update and maintain files, schedule and book patient appointments
Greet patients and process payments
Answer phone calls and emails; handle routine correspondence
process accounts receivable
Process invoices and deposits
Liaise with external vendors
Prepare reports and other documents
Perform various administrative and office support tasks
Minimum Education and Experience:
DEP - Business Administration 2 Years Related Experience / DEP - Secretarial Studies

Hourly Salary: (MUNACA Level D) $26.18 - $32.46
