Metro Property Management provides rental property owners peace of mind and profitability by taking the stress out of day-to-day duties so that owners can spend their free time doing what matters most - living their life!

Comprised of three departments; accounting, sales and leasing and home renovation/property maintenance, there's nothing we haven't seen or done when it comes to the care of rental properties, their owners and their tenants. Every day is a new day with new challenges and opportunities!

Metro Property Management is an established and successful family owned and operated firm in Mount Pearl and we are looking for the right person to join our team!

Duties Include but are not limited to:

-accounts payable

-accounts receivable

-rent collection

-vendor payout

-payroll administration

-customer service

-monthly bank and credit card reconciliation

-monthly and quarterly government remittances

You must be ready to hit the ground running and have a positive attitude and be willing to start asap! On site training is available long term - you'll have lots of support from your team.

You MUST have experience and have graduated from a recognized post-secondary institution.

Code of Conduct required.

References a MUST.
