Looking for a competent Bookkeeper/Accounting clerk to help with the organization and running of the daily financial operations of the company.
Duties:
Conduct accounting and administrative functions.
Assist with daily account management, invoice customers and pay vendors.
Weekly bank reconciliation.
Contact customers to collect funds.
Calculate the costs of materials, overhead and other expenses and prepare cost statements or reports.
Answer questions and solve problems for customers and vendors about their accounts.
Qualifications / Skills required:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper (Minimum 2 years)
Accounting/Finance educational background
Proficiency in Microsoft office
QuickBooks (Minimum 2 years)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Multitasking and time management skills
Please note, this is a full time position (Monday to Friday)
